Company · Why Us
One closed loop, from the first plan to the live GPU.
Most datacenters run on multiple tools that never share a record. SynapseDC keeps one estate model that is planned, built and operated in place, and connects to the tools that work, adding the impact, the money and the physical context they cannot see.
The loop
Plan, build, operate and govern the same record.
Each stage writes to the estate model the next stage reads. Nothing is re-keyed between a plan, a rack and a live alarm.
A plan that knows the estate
Sellable capacity net of holds, a hall sized, priced and scheduled, approved by CapEx band.
A build that becomes the record
Racks, power chains and cabling recorded in DCIM under change control, commissioned L1 to L5.
Operations that read the record
Every alarm scoped to the site and traced to the customers, the money and the next step.
Evidence from the same model
Policies as code and controls evidenced from the live estate, not from a spreadsheet.
Only on SynapseDC
What no single datacenter tool does.
A DCIM keeps the records, a BMS watches the plant, a monitoring tool watches the devices and ITSM runs the tickets. These come from joining them in one model, so none of them can do it alone.
The hall you plan is the rack you operate
Plans, DCIM records, commissioning and live telemetry write to one estate model. Nothing is re-keyed between a plan, a rack and an alarm, and every count is derived, never typed in.
Planner · DCIM · Command CenterAn alarm counts only where it belongs
Every alarm is scoped to site, edge, dependency or downstream. Sites that depend on a failing datacenter show up as impact under its incident, not as a storm of separate issues.
Alarms & incidentsEach lost service is charged to one issue
Revenue lost so far, SLA credits by tier and the next credit cliff, per issue. Issues, customers and sites add up to the same total, so the most expensive fault is a fact, not a debate.
Revenue ImpactA cooling fault reads as GPU time lost
A CDU flow drop, a power cap or a failed GPU is traced to the job, its customer, the GPU time lost and the work to redo, and priced per sold GPU-hour against the power contract.
GPU Fleet · Power economicsFrom the utility feed to the PSU and the port
Feed, UPS, busway, PDU, outlet and PSU; port, patch cord, panel, trunk, ODF and cross-connect. Single points of failure are found and tested with a what-if before a fault finds them.
Facilities · 3D datacenter layoutA badge-in and a config change, read together
Physical access, device configuration, BMC and OT events are correlated into one case, with the change window and the ticket behind it, mapped to MITRE ATT&CK and IEC 62443.
Security OpsCapability comparison
Across the whole life of a datacenter.
A capability-level comparison by tool category, from the first plan to the money. We do not name vendors.

Compared with what you have
What each tool does well, and what SynapseDC adds.
| You have | What it does well | What SynapseDC adds |
|---|---|---|
| BMS / SCADA | Controls and monitors plant, alarms on points | Turns a point alarm into impact: which racks, tenants and contracts, what it costs, what to do |
| DCIM | Asset records, space, power capacity planning | Live operations: incidents, revenue impact, access, security and change control in one view; imports your DCIM |
| ITSM | Ticket workflow, approvals, CMDB | Datacenter context on every ticket: power path, tenants, root-cause hypotheses; syncs with it |
| CRM | Accounts, opportunities, contacts | Tenant impact and capacity tied to every account |
| Network / IT monitoring | Device and port health | Physical context: which cable, which panel, which UPS and PDU feed that device |
| Spreadsheets | Flexible, everyone has one | One reconciled model, live, with history and an audit trail |
Being straight with you
What we are not going to claim
- SynapseDC never controls plant. Breakers, generators and cooling stay with your BMS and your people; disruptive steps wait for a named approver.
- It does not ask you to replace a BMS, DCIM or ITSM that works. It reads from them and adds what they cannot do.
- The first release is for colocation and GPU cloud operators. Cloud, enterprise and telco datacenters follow on the same estate model.
Bring the fault your team keeps dealing with.
We walk it end to end on a demo estate shaped like yours, then agree what a one-site pilot should prove.
